MONDAY PICK-UP AFTER 4 P.M.

1.  Online orders: pickup Monday between 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.
In-store shopping: Monday and Tuesday only.
In-store availability may be limited; some menu items can sell out.
We cannot heat pre-packaged meals; purchases are pickup only.

2. Hours: Mon 10 AM–6 PM; Tue 10 AM–2 PM. Closed Wed–Sun.

Place orders online and pick up at 1237 Penman Road, Jacksonville Beach. Orders require 24-hour notice.

Delivery minimum: $75. If you won’t be home, leave a cooler by the front door.

3. Ask about our meal plans. Options: 10–14 meals with a 7% discount or 15+ meals and a 9% discount, with a 4-week commitment.

4. All food is free of preservatives. Most meals are also free of gluten, sugar, and dairy. We buy local and organic when possible. Every dish is an original, homemade recipe made fresh each week.

5.  Meals come in four sizes:

  • Small: about 10–14 oz total, with 4 oz of protein.

  • Large: about 15–20 oz total, with 6 oz of protein.

  • Extra-large: about 20–24 oz total, with 8 oz of protein.

  • Family (serves 4): about 2–3 lb total, with 16 oz of protein.

6. Each meal shows its macros.

7. No minimum for in-store pickup.

8. DELIVERY INFO: Minimum $75. Delivery fee $8–$15 by distance. If you won’t be home, leave a cooler at the front door.

9. Meal prices and sizes appear when you click each dish.

10.  Meals must be kept in the fridge (37–40°F). We recommend freezing at least half of your meals to keep them fresh. Freezing won’t change taste or quality.

11.  Microwave cooking times:

Refrigerated meals: 2½–3½ minutes

Frozen meals: 3½–5 minutes

12. Our recommendations for storing your meals:

  • Chicken and pork: 3 days in the fridge.

  • Beef: 3 days in the fridge.

  • Egg dishes: 2 days in the fridge.

 13. CATERING — We cater groups of 100+; hors d’oeuvres have minimum quantities.

14.  Join our email list and we’ll send a reminder on Friday evening. Orders are due Sunday by 8 p.m. for Monday pickup between 4–6 p.m. Order online for pickup after 4 p.m. Monday. The email includes the MENU and any other important order details.
